Dragging a .cert file to ML Certificate field does nothing
Dragging a .cert file to ML Certificate field does nothing
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity
2. Switch target platform to Lumin
3. Open Project Settings/Player/Publishing Settings
4. Drag a .cert file from your explorer onto ML Certificate field
Expected result: The cert field changes the address to the file
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproduced on: 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a13
