.NETCore 5 UWP dll throws exception when API updater runs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to the Asset folder of the project and extract the Rewired_Core.dll.zip package inside the Asset folder
3. Go back to Unity
4. Observe the errors
Actual result: Unity throws the errors
Expected result: Unity should not throw the errors
Note:
Unity throws the System.Exception: Package directory not found error when NETCore 5.0 is installed
Unity throws [AssemblyUpdater] Assembly reference folder does not exist when NETCore 5.0 is not installed(no errors are thrown in 2017.3.0a2)
Reproduced with: 5.6.3f1 , 2017.1.0p1, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a2
