Docked Grid and Snap Settings window disappears when reloading a project
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. In the Scene window expand the grid visibility tool
3. In the newly opened window open the settings (three dots) and select 'Edit Grid and Snap settings'
4. Dock the newly opened window to the layout
5. Reopen the project
Expected result: the docked window stays after reloading the project
Actual result: the docked window is gone after reloading the project
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b5, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15, 2020.1.0b15, 2020.2.0a17
Could not test with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.3.0b4 (Grid and Snap Settings window not available)
