Display Resolution Dialog is shown even if "Hidden By Default" is set
To reproduce:
1. Open the project
2. Navigate to Player Settings -> Standalone -> Resolution and Presentation
3. Verify Default Is Full Screen is unchecked
4. Verify Run In Background is checked
5. Verify Display Resolution Dialog is set to Hidden By Default
6. Build for Linux
7. Run the executable
8. Notice that the Resolution Dialog appears
