Disable color tinting setting not overriding image color in HDRP
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open attached project DisableColorTint.zip.
# Open Assets > CanvasGraph shadergraph.
# Click on Graph Settings in the Graph Inspector. Ensure "Disable Color Tint" is checked.
# Open OutdoorsScene.
*Actual results:* When Disable Color Tint is enabled, the image should be green.
*Expected results:* The image is red.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.15f1
*Can't test with versions:* 2022.3, 2021.3 - did not find this feature.
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04, MacOS Sonoma 14.4
*Notes:*
* Using Vulkan.
* Not reproducible in URP.
* Recently added feature, so I did not regression test thoroughly. If further testing is useful, please contact ticket reporter.
* If you change the color on the Image in Hierarchy to white, it will show as green.
