[DirectX12] Objects are not lighted in Game view when using SEGI system with Graphics API for Windows set to Direct3D12
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "Scene" Scene in the user's attached project
2. Remove Direct3D11 from Edit > Project Settings > Player > Graphics APIs for Windows
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Press key G on a keyboard
5. Press key O on a keyboard
6. Observe the Scene
Expected result: Every time an object has spawned it is lighted
Actual result: Every time an object has spawned it is not lighted
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0f1, 2022.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.0a2
Could not test with: 2019.4.32f1 - errors in the Console due to project downgrading, 2021.2.0a3 - project crashes when opening it due to bug in case 1307156
