Directional Flares are cut off at the corner when the FOV is high
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "835706.zip"
2. Open scene "BugRepro/LensFlareClipping"
3. Run the scene
4. Notice that flare is cut off
Reproduced with: 5.4.0p4, 5.4.1p3, 5.5.0b5
Not reproducible: 5.3.6p6
