[Device Simulator] Only one Touch Input is recognized when using Device Simulator
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Enable Device Simulator
3. Press Play
4. Try to Zoom in with two fingers
Expected result: Both inputs are recognized and Zoom works
Actual result: Only one of the inputs is recognized
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a4
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2020.3, 2021.1 (Could not downgrade)
