Device Simulator doesn't update Application.platform when it changes while in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1325786.zip" project
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Observe the Console
4. In the Simulator window change the device to any Apple product
5. Observe the Console
Expected results: There are 2 different SystemInfo.deviceModel logs and 2 different Application.platform logs in the console
Actual results: There are 2 different SystemInfo.deviceModel logs and one Application.platform log
Reproducible with: 2.2.4-preview (2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.0a9), 2021.1.0a10, 2021.2.0a11 (Built-in Device Simulator)
Could not test with: 2.2.2-preview (downgraded package throws errors), 2018.4.33f1
