Deferred Rendering Path ignores Camera Rect when rendering to RenderTexture

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "TestScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Select Camera Left / Camera Right gameObjects in the hierarchy
5. Set their rendering path to Deffered

Result: Deferred rendering ignores the position and size of the Camera rect when it renders to a RenderTexture

Reproducible on: 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p3, 5.6.0b3

Tested on Windows 10
