default send effect volume is -80dB
-e: then you make a send to another group the default volume is set to -80dB which means you basically hear nothing and might leave you wondering what the issue is
-repro:
--create mixer and scene with audio source, connect them
--create 2nd group in mixer and add a send/return
--NOTICE the default send volume is -80dB
