Default materials SpatialMappingWireframe and TangoARRender is corrupted when Build Target is Android, WebGL, Tizen
Seems to be reproducible on Graphics APIs.
Steps:
1. Create a New project
2. Set Build Target to Android or WebGL
3. Window > Lighting > Settings > Environment > Skybox Material > SpatialMappingWireframe (or TangoARRender)
Result: material is corrupted (has magenta effect).
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0a7, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.1.0p5, 5.6.3p2, 5.5.4p5.
Reproduces with: WebGL, Android, Tizen.
Not reproduces with: Standalone, iOS, tvOS, UWP (Universal Windows Platform), Xbox.
Note: TangoARRender is broken on all platforms.
