Default index is added twice to the Search index list
- Ensure you have a project with no default index
- Ensure this project has a package with a single index
- Open the project.
- Open the Index Manager.
Results: you will see the default index has been added twice to the list and it triggers double indexing.
Expected results: Default index should be added once.
