Default Architecture in Build Settings is x86 instead of x64
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Project
2. Check Architecture setting in Build Settings
Expected result: Architecture is set to x64 by default
Actual result: Architecture is set to x84 by default
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a3, 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0b7, 2021.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.2.0a2
