Decal's fade occurs inconsistently when Scene and Game views are both open
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-95183" project
2. Open the "OutdoorsScene"
3. Select "Decal" GameObject from Hierarchy
4. Rotate the GameObject around the X-axis
5. Observe the Game view and the Scene view
6. Close the Scene view
7. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The decal's fade effect behaves consistently regardless of whether the Scene view is open
Actual result: The decal's fade effect behavior is inconsistent and depends on which views are open
Reproducible in: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b8, 6000.2.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- When the Scene view is closed, you can see that the decal starts fading before it is stretched too far
- When both views are opened, the decal starts flickering based on which view is active
- The decal fade effect works as expected when you have 1 view open (either Scene view or Game view)
