Debug Draw Modes dropdown menu has no padding on the bottom when opened from the Draw Modes Overlay menu in Scene View
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Scene "SampleScene"
3. In the "Draw Modes" menu (press `) of Scene View click the arrow on the right of the "Debug Draw Mode" button
4. Observe the bottom of the dropdown menu
Actual result: "Rendering Debugger" has no padding on the bottom and is misaligned
Expected result: The bottom of the dropdown menu has padding on the bottom and all options are aligned
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.7f1, 2021.3.29f1, 2023.1.8f1 (No Draw Modes Overlay Menu)
