No
Data is not identical when receiving it from OnAudioFilterRead and clip.GetData()
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the original project
2. Clear editor log
3. Hit Play
4. Wait about 2-3 seconds
5. Stop Play
6. Open editor log and compare data logs between OnAudioFilterRead and DumpClipData.
Expected results: Data from OnAudioFilterRead is the same as in DumpClipData
Actual results: Data from OnAudioFilterRead is not accurate, lows aren't as low, and highs aren't as high.
Reproducible with: 2017.4.19f1, 2018.3.f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
