Cutting and then deleting GameObjects leaves the user with the option to paste it back
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. In the Scene Hierarchy cut a GameObject
3. Delete it
4. Right-click in the Hierarchy and observe the option to paste it back
Actual result: The pasting option is available to the user but has no real function
Expected result: Either the user has no option to paste anything back, or the user is allowed to paste back the cut object even with it deleted. We apply this workflow with text fields and most other things
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a10
Note: Issue is also reproducible with the new Actions Context Menu in Scene View on trunk
