[CustomRenderTexture] Naming inconsistency on Asset create menu
Steps:
1. Create an empty project
2. Right click on project view>Create>Custom Texture
Expected Result: "Custom Texture" should be "Custom Render Texture" since we use "Custom Render Texture" on documentation and API
Reproducible in : 2017.2.0b1, 2017.1.0f1 (Custom Render Texture is new in 2017.1)
