Custom Shader GUI doesn't work for Built-In ShaderGraph
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Select "Shader Graphs_New Shader Graph" Material from the Assets folder
3. Inspect the Inspector
Expected result: A custom Label is seen in the inspector
Actual result: There is no custom Label
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b1), 12.1.4 (2021.2.0f10), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b6)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1) (No Custom Editor GUI field in Shadergraph), 10.8.1 (2020.3.27f1) , 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a21) (No Built-in active target in Shadergraph), 13.1.2 (2022.2.0a1), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a3) (Shader compilation errors)
