Enum serialized properties are instantiated as integer serialized properties and an error appears "type is not a enum value"
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "TypeIsNotEnum.zip"
2. In the Project window right-click Create>Grading>Rubric
3. In the Inspector window press "+" and select "ObservableCriteria"
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors
Actual result: Error appears: ("type is not a enum value UnityEditor.SerializedProperty:get_enumValueIndex () ComparatorEnumDrawer:OnGUI ")
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a16
