Custom Inspector window continually refreshes when AssetImporterEditor.showImportedObject is set to false
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1264833 repro" project
2. Turn on Internal Mode
3. Select the "MyCustomAsset" Asset from the Assets folder
Expected result: Redraw indicator of the Inspector window flashes once
Actual result: Redraw indicator of the Inspector window continually flashes
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.1.0a9
Notes:
-If the Script is modified while the"MyCustomAsset" Asset is selected the issue doesn't reproduce until the Asset is reselected
