Cursor is not locked to Game window when pressing Windows key then clicking the Taskbar and refocusing the Game
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the project
3. Launch the built project in Windowed mode
4. Wait for the Splash Screen to end
5. Press the Windows Key on the keyboard
6. Click on the Windows Taskbar
7. Click on the Game window
Expected result: Cursor is locked to the Game window
Actual result: Cursor is not locked to the Game window
Reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.19f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21
Notes:
1. Moving/resizing/minimizing the Game window fixes the issue
2. Doesn't reproduce on Mac
