Cursor is not changing color when using "--unity-cursor-color"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “My project (2).zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click in the TextField and observe the caret
Expected result: Caret is blinking
Actual result: Caret is not blinking
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a14, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.0a13
Could not test with: 2020.3.45f1 (Errors after project downgrade)
