[Win] Cursor is flickering when hovering over the Tile Brush Picks Overlays Search Text Field in Scene View
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a 2D Project
- Open the Tile Palette Window
- Toggle the Visibility of the Tile Brush Picks Overlay (')
- Right click the Overlay and make sure it is in "Panel" mode
- Hover cursor over the Search text field
Actual results: Cursor is flickering
Expected results: Cursor is not flickering
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.8f1, 6000.0.10f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.7f1
