Current Frame Button looks active when data in Profiler Window is cleared
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Profiler Window
3. Enter Play Mode -> Pause
4. In Profiler Window Clear all profiling data
Expected result: Current Frame button is inactive upon clearing data in Profiler Window
Actual result: Current Frame Button looks active upon clearing data in Profiler Window
Reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.5f1, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a2
