How to reproduce:
1. Make sure that you do not have internet connection
2. Create a new project

Expected result: Newly created project has no issues
Actual result: Error with the message "Curl error 6: Could not resolve host: config.uca.cloud.unity3d.com" appears periodically

    I am still having these kind of errors in Unity 2020.3.12f1. Very annoying

    I have the same issue which NOT resolved in Unity 2019.3.13f1... There should be an option to mark a player build as "No internet" or something. Very annoying! Also, would be great to be able to flag a Unity comment as spam since there's two bunch of people/robot sending a bunch of links

    This says fixed in 2019.2 ... yet I am still getting the error in 2019.2.15f1. Is there a fix that I can use on my project? Get this error every time I hit play.

    This issue also occurs when behind a proxy.
    Critical Red errors keep dropping into the console which are very frustrating!
    Accompanied by "Curl error 6: Could not resolve host: cdp.cloud.unity3d.com"
