Cube Cloth doesn't work
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project (new unity project 15 2. I've attached it in a further edit)
2. Open test scene
3. Inspect the enabled GameObjects
4. Enter play mode
Expected result: All cubes properly work as cloth.
Actual result: They don't

- EmptyAdditionalLightShadowmapTexture leaks from memory when URP quality level is changed using QualitySettings.SetQualityLevel
- Referenced ScriptableObject field does not get updated and cannot be set to "None" when there are no Objects of that type
