CTRL + ALT + RMB shortcut does not work when using it in the SceneView
Reproduction steps:
- Create Unity project
- In the SceneView try to use the shortcut CTRL+ALT+RMB
Expected result: You can zoom in or out
Actual result: Command does not work
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a11, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f. 2021.3.10f, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0a10

Just to be complete on Mac Control key = CMD key.
So for mac users CMD+ALT+RMB and for Windows CTRL+ALT+RMB
