Crunch Compression is not working when used on a lightmap texture
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “LIGHTMAP issue“
2. Select “Assets\Lightmap-0_comp_light” in the Project
3. Check “Default\Use Crunch Compression” and select Apply through the Inspector window
Expected result: the file size is compressed
Actual result: the file size is not compressed
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b2, 2023.2.0a1
Reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel)
