Creating AssetBundle containing custom assets with meshes crashes the editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "freshtest_2.zip"
2. In Editor Menu, click Test -> Create Bundle
3. Observe Editor
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a14, 2020.2.0b7, 2021.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.9f1, 2020.2.0a13
Could not test with: 2018.4.28f1 (console errors break project)
