Creating an empty project throws 2 errors in the Console when created using a macOS M1 Virtual Machine
Reproduction steps:
# Connect to a M1 Virtual Machine
# Open Unity Hub
# Create and open a new project using a Silicon Editor
# Open the Console window
Expected result: There are no errors or logs
Actual result: There are 2 errors are present
Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a6
Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 13.4.1 Virtual Machine
Not Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 13.4.1

Resolution Note:
Fixed by another internal issue: UUM-44304: Build fails on OSX VM on Apple Silicon (arm64) due to a bug in .NET 6.0
