Creating a NativeTexture crashes editor in Windows
To reproduce:
1. Open the User's attached project
2. Enter Playmode
--Unity crashes in TexturesD3D11Base::TextureFromShaderResourceView
Reproduced with: 2017.2.2p1, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a7
Notes:
- Does not crash on Mac
