Postponed means that the issue was either a feature request or something that requires major refactoring on our side. Since that makes the issue not actionable in the close future we choose to close it as Postponed and add it on our internal roadmaps and technical debt pages instead.

Creating a folder with a leading '.' in the name displays an empty space in the Project view and shows exceptions
To reproduce:
1. Make sure the Project view uses Two Column layout
2. Create a new folder with a name ".something"
Expected: Project view doesn't show an empty space where the folder would have been or the folder with a default New Folder name is created
Actual: a space is made for a folder in the Project view as if the folder exists, but the space doesn't show anything and cannot be simply removed
Reproduced in 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.7f1, 2018.1.7f1, 2018.2.0b10, 2018.2.0f1, 2018.3.0a4
