Crash with "Transform::InitializeTransformHierarchyRecursive" when using undo after swapping Prefabs
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "PrefabSwapperCrashTest_20220204.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the Prefab Swapper window in Window > Tools > Prefab Swapper
4. Select the "MyCubeA" GameObject in Hierarchy > SampleScene > Cube > Sphere > MyCubeA
5. In the Prefab Swapper Window set "MySphereA" as the selected Prefab and Click the "Swap" button
6. Observe that "MyCubeA" GameObject is replaced with "MySphereA"
7. Use the Cmd/Ctrl+Z shortcut key or Edit > Undo
8. Observe the Unity Crash
