Crash when using JScriptEngine from Microsoft's ClearScript's dll
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "956645.zip"
2. Open "Crash" scene
3. Enter play mode
Actual result: Editor crashes on initializing Microsoft.ClearScript.Windows.JScriptEngine
Reproducible with: 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b3
