Crash when removing Canvas component
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "infectionUI"
3. In the hierarchy navigate to Canvas > Backdrop > Options menu
4. In the inspector remove the Main Menu Controller component and the canvas component - crash!
