Crash when loading RenderDoc in a specific Scene
Reproductions steps:
1. Download and install 1.33 version of “RenderDoc” from here: [https://renderdoc.org/builds]
2. Open the attached “repro”IN-77244“ project
3. Open the “Assets/SampleScenes/BRGGameObjects/BRGGameObjects.unity“ Scene
4. Press on the button that looks like three dots in the Scene/Game view window selection tab and select “Load RenderDoc“ (or press the “Alt + C“ button combination)
5. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a9, 6000.0.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.31f1, 2023.3.0a8
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Removing “Universal RP” package makes the crash non-reproducible
- Tested on 1.33.0 version of “RenderDoc”
- Reproducible on all graphics APIs: Vulkan, Direct3D11, Direct3D12
