Unity Editor crashes when exiting Safe Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1279195-SpinePerformance.zip"
2. While opening, enter "Safe Mode"
3. When in "Safe Mode", exit "Safe Mode"
4. Observe the crash
Note: Might take a few tries, its not very consistent
Expected result: No crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b3, 2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4, 2020.1, 2020.2.0b2 ("Safe Mode" was not present)
