Crash on "(KERNELBASE) RaiseException" when reloading Mono assemblies for play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("crashP.zip")
2. Repeatedly click the "Play" button
3. If it doesn't crash from the first 5-6 tries, close the project and open it again
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b9
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.16f1, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a8 (Couldn't upgrade/downgrade)
Notes: More likely to crash if the CPU is busy

Is this buf fixed in 2020.3.22? It's on the known issue list in 2020.3.21, but it's not in later version's release notes.

I'd like to see this fixed in 2020.3 as it provides LTS rather than having to Update to 2021
