A crash occurs everytime I try to commit a change on this project. The change: test.cs should have its class name renamed from "TestScript" to "Test"

Sorry, but the editor does not record this crash in the log, nor does the crash handler pick up this crash, so I have no extra stack trace to give you.

Repro:
- the change in in thei project attached
- the changes include a project version change
- try to commit this change to the project
- notice the crash
