Crash when adding a model to the animation preview
Steps to reproduce :
- import the Mecanim example project
- create a new Animation Controller
- create two new states and add motions to it
- create a transition and select it
- play the animation in the preview window
- drag the Teddy (or other model) on the preview and Unity will crash

Regression from 4.5.
Only reproducible on OSX. Windows seems fine. Crash occurred on 10.9 and 10.10.
