Crash on Unity::Joint::SetupAxes when editing joint angular limits on child GameObject of disabled parent GameObject
How to reproduce:
1. Open new Unity project
2. Create two Empty GameObjects and make one the child of the other
3. Add a Hinge Joint Component on the child GameObject
4. Disable the parent GameObject
5. Press "Edit Joint Angular Limits" on the Hinge Joint Component of the child GameObject
Expected result: an error or warning is thrown or the "Edit Joint Angular Limits" option is greyed out
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
