Crash on RaiseException when calling the SystemBase.GetSingleton method with a Generic component
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter the Play mode
Expected result: Querry is processed
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 0.11.2-preview.1 (2019.4.18f1), 0.13.0-preview.24 - 0.16.0-preview.21 (2020.2.2f2, 2021.2.0b2)
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1 (errors when downgrading Entities package)
