Crash on ProgressiveRuntimeManager::GetGBufferChartTexture when entering UV Charts mode before baking lights
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached 1309632crash.zip project and MyScene
2. Enter UV Charts mode
Expected result: Editor scene is shown in UV Charts mode
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.2f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.1.0a19, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a18, 2020.2.0a5, 2020.2.3f, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3
