Crash on GfxDevice::UpdateBufferRanges when entering the Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “SwapchainCrash”
2. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: The Play Mode is entered
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.6f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.0a2, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a8
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.46f1 (TextureScale.cs(98,13): error CS1061: 'Texture2D' does not contain a definition for 'Reinitialize')
Fixed in: 2022.2.7f1
