Crash on entering Play mode when Havok Visual Debugger is open but disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enable Jobs>Burst>Enable Compilation
3. Select "_havok-config gob" in the Hierarchy
4. In the Havok Physics Configuration Component enable "Enable Visual Debugger".
5. Open Window>Analysis>Havok Visual Debugger
6. Enter Play mode and Exit Play mode
7. Select "_havok-config gob" in the Hierarchy
8. In the Havok Physics Configuration Component disable "Enable Visual Debugger".
9. Enter Play mode
10. If it did not crash or hang disable Jobs>Burst>Enable compilation
11. Enter Play mode
Reproducible with: Havok Physics 0.6.0-preview.3 (2020.2.4f1-dots.5, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a5)
Could not test with: Havok Physics 0.4.1-preview.2
