Crash on AnimatorState::Clear when deleting duplicate "Base Layer" from Animator
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "Player" Animator
3. In the Animator, delete "Base Layer"
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2017.4.25f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2019.2.0a11
Notes:
The user is not sure how he managed to get duplicate Base Layer's in the Animator, but suspects that it happened because of version control between different Unity versions.
Deleting duplicate "Attack" layer doesn't cause the crash.
