Crash in SerializedProperty::IsValid when reordering a SerializedProperty list
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (SeralizedRefBug.zip)
2. Select the GameObject prefab in the Project window
3. Note the broken SerializedProperty List preview in the Inspector window
4. Attempt to reorder list elements
5. Deselect and reselect GameObject.prefab
Expected result: list preview in the Inspector is not broken, no crashes occur when reordering the elements
Actual result: list preview in the Inspector does not display all elements, reordering them crashes the Editor
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b3, 2021.1.0b12, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2018.4.32f1(SerializeReference does not exist)
