Crash in m_IgnoredColliders during Collider:Deactivate
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open project "778529-Mano.zip"
2. Open scene "Scenes/main"
3. Enter play mode
4. Unity editor crashes when Player collides with a few "modifier prefabs" in m_IgnoredColliders during Collider:Deactivate.
Notes:
Disabling one of the sphere collider doesn't crash editor. Also 5.4 version gives different stack trace then 5.3 version.
5.4 version stack trace:

Reproduced with: 5.3.0b5, 5.3.1f1, 5.3.3f1, 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b10
